For over two decades, I have practiced a personal and professional ritual known as "Gratitude Monday." Every single week begins the same way: taking the time to sit down and pen sincere, handwritten notes of appreciation to the people who inspire, teach, and elevate the world around me.

What started as a private practice completely transformed my life, my relationships, and my business. It taught me that gratitude isn't just a polite gesture—it is the most undervalued asset in building deep, meaningful connections.
